What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If you are not, and you purchase the item directly from Interweave Press, you may return the item to us for a full refund within 60 days provided we receive it in new and resalable condition.
If you are unsatisfied with an Interweave publication that you purchased from a local shop or bookstore, you must contact the shop or bookstore regarding their return policy.
Books and magazine back issues purchased during Interweave's annual damaged book sale are sold as is, and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service department by e-mail at Cust omer Service @ in ter wea ve . c o m or by calling 1-800-272-2193 from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (MST) and inform us of the situation.
When returning an item, pack it securely in a sturdy box along with a copy of the packing slip (or invoice). You may be able to reuse the box we shipped the item to you in provided the box is in good condition. Send returns to:
